Shipment Policy

03. Customers

Orders can only be accepted on the condition that they have been processed from our website. Any possibility of placing orders by phone or in writing is excluded.

The product offer is intended exclusively for private customers residing in Switzerland or the Principality of Liechtenstein. Orders from business customers are not accepted.

ADRIATICA PR & A WATCH SAGL may refuse to fulfil orders for which the quantity of products ordered exceeds the reasonable quantity intended for an individual household, without giving reasons for such refusal.

04. Confirmation of an order and conclusion of a contract

The customer’s order will have to be confirmed by ADRIATICA PR & A WATCH SAGL. An order confirmation will be sent by email to the address indicated by the customer on the order form.

ADRIATICA PR & A WATCH SAGL processes all orders during its regular working hours.

The contract is considered to be concluded when ADRIATICA PR & A WATCH SAGL accepts the contract proposal presented by the customer at the time of placing the order.

07. Terms of payment

The price of the product selected and ordered must be paid in full in advance.

The customer will receive ADRIATICA PR & A WATCH SAGL bank data in the order confirmation email. Payment can be made by wire transfer. Please note that ADRIATICA is not responsible for any additional bank transfer fees.

When making payment, the customer should provide the order number in the payment title to facilitate its prompt processing.

Once the customer’s payment has been confirmed and/or credited, the ordered products will be shipped.
